Our History
RDH Health Services was formed by Linda Borowski in 1984 to provide staffing and placement services to dental practices.
This was a new concept of using an employment service to supply staff in emergency situations to keep an office running smoothly, eliminated patient rescheduling, and kept production at normal levels. The employees working with us had the unique opportunity to work in a variety of settings and learn new ideas and techniques to apply in their own settings.
In 1989 RDH began OSHA compliance instruction. All RDH staff were required to attend a program that outlined in the OSHA guidelines and how to implement the safety requirements in our client offices. Since so many of our employees worked additional days with non-client dentist, requests came from area dentists to present the same training for their staff. The RDH Continuing Education program was born. Currently RDH runs between 40 and 50 workshops and seminars. This has developed into an important service to our clients and their practices.
In 2010, RDH Health Services merged with Peak Performers, Inc. joining two marketing leaders in the Michigan dental community. The Peak Education and Training team will provide staffing and recruiting solutions for practices, practice transitions and management consulting. The Peak team will support the Continuing Education program to meet the needs of the dental and medical communities.
