Description:
Join Dr. Kerrie Saunders for an in-depth discussion of scientific examples on how food chemistry affects body chemistry. We will focus on various forms of pain and how research from around the world tells us there is a way to make a dramatic difference in how we look, feel and perform. We will look at how specific foods can help prevent or reverse many chronic disease origins of pain, and learn a whole new angle on how to optimize function, even at the cellular level.
