Participants will realize how they influence their dental team and will leave this workshop with a clearer understanding of their own behavior, how and when to adapt their behavior, and how to improve communication. This workshop will promote an appreciation of peoples’ differences, enhance individual and team performance, and reduce conflict. An online assessment tool, completed prior to this workshop, will provide each participant with a customized report containing concrete feedback to improve their interactions with others
